5 minutes fat burning exercise at home
Hello~ I will introduce some simple fat burning exercise
that you can do at home.
Firstly, it is push-up position that you
will already know.
It is possible for you to get abs on your
belly if you can hold on to this position for about 30 seconds referring to the
photo below.
Push the mat with your elbow and fix your
fingers onto the mat by spreading them apart.
The most important thing is to put your
heel on the ground.
Secondly, it is superman position.
This exercise is really good for mid and
lower back and furthermore, it strengthens gluteus on your hip.
Get down on the mat with your face facing
down and stretch your arms above your head. Reach your palm towards the mat
like the photo below.
If you can hold on to this position for 30
seconds, you will be able to have beautiful hip. You might not be sure where to
put more strength, but try to make the best posture that you can by looking
into mirror.
Thirdly, it is jump squat.
It is a definitive edition for attractive
hip!!
Many people are already aware that squat
exercise can improve on their hips.
If you add jumping motion onto this squat
exercise, this also could be an aerobic exercise!!
Correct posture is the most important
factor of squat exercise. Thus make sure to check on your posture as incorrect
position could be bad for you back. One tip is to make sure that your feet are
spread apart slightly longer than your shoulder width. When you are bending
your knees, make sure that your hip and thighs are parallel to the ground.
Finally, you have to jump lightly and land safely.
Finally, I will introduce gluteus bridge
exercise.
Gluteus bridge exercise is a working out
that strengthens the gluteus in other way.
Lift your hip using your feet while lying
down straight, and try to make appropriate posture by bearing your body with
your arms. The most important step is to lifting one of your knees up to your
chest. You can hold onto this posture about a minute.

Blow your excessive fats away by doing
these simple exercises when you get bored or watching TV at home. One thing
that you have to keep in mind is that these exercises are effective when they
are done 5 minutes a day continuously! You may find it hard to find the right
position but I am sure that you will be able to have good result after doing
these four exercises together.
Just invest 5 minutes every day for your
healthy and beautiful body line!
