1. Posture correctionAvoid high pillows when sleeping since our neck gets folded when using high pillows and this could cause wrinkling. Recommended heights for pillows are either the same height as our shoulders or a little lower than our shoulders. Height wherein the neck isn’t over-bent but is rather parallel with the shoulder can not only prevent neck wrinkles but also herniated cervical disc.
2. Avoid excessive dietIt’s good to avoid short-term diets which can affect our health such as one-food diet. Excessive diet can hinder proper nutrient supply, cause dehydration, and result to wrinkled neck. Also, it does not only create wrinkle but can also harm our health with unbeautiful body.
3. Spare time for treatmentsOur neck also requires treatments just like we do to our face, arms and legs in a dermatology clinic. Massaging our neck from top to bottom with neck creams, moisturizers or essence after cleansing is greatly recommended. For dry skin, applying nutritious cream on neck areas is also recommended.
