MILK
Milk
is one of a complete food that contains various nutrients. Protein, Calcium,
Vitamins provide essential nutrients to brain. If you have dry and damaged hair
ends, try soak and message with milk heated close to body temperature.

EGG
Egg is
another complete food like milk. Abundant protein and fat in egg are good
supplement for damaged hairs. Oral consumption is also good but we suggest
mixing it with milk and apply it on your hair. Clean it after 10-15 minutes
with warm water and you’ll feel your hairs much healthier and scalp less drier.

VINEGAR
Vinegar
works similar like rinse, a hair product. It produces a protection surrounding
hairs and makes it shine. Among regular vinegars, especially fruit vinegars
contain more Sodium, Potassium, and Vitamin B1, so you can expect more shiny
hairs after applying it.
If you
just use 1 small teaspoon of fruit vinegar at the last step of rinsing by
water, you can effectively get rid of Alkali chemicals that were unwashed on
scalp from shampoo or soap.

MATRIMONY VINE
The fruit of matrimony vine contains lots of Vitamin A,B,C, alc Calcium,
Phosphorus, and Iron. If you drink it like a tea for 2 months, you’ll notice
you have more shinny and healthy hair and also it is known to have an effect of
delaying of grey hair. Using Matrimony Vine boiled water when washing hair can
be used as one of hair loss prevention method.
