Good life habits to prevent hair loss
Hello everyone! It is really hard to get
out of bed because of these days’ cold weather. Doesn’t your scalp get freezing
when you come outside after washing your hair?
It is weird that you are losing more hairs
recently… I don’t think this is caused due to stress.
Normally, healthy person loses 50 to 100
hairs every day, and this is replaced with newly grown hairs.
However, if you find yourself to lose more
hairs than that, you may have to doubt on hair loss.
So today, I have prepared the cause of hair
loss, the symptoms and the method to prevent hair loss!
There are various factors that cause hair
loss, and there are 3 common reasons besides genetic reason. Telogen effluvium,
trichotillomania and alopecia areata are the 3 common types of hair loss.
The most important point here is that these
3 types of hair loss is caused due to streass.
They could also happen due to the
abnormality of immune system or the number of hair follicles being decreased
due to stress. If you are female, you may also suspect on thyroid diseases when
you experience these symptoms.
Trichotillomania occurs when someone cannot
control himself/herself from pulling his/her hair out.
I think little change on life habits could
also be helpful to prevent hair loss.
Try not to tie your hair up too tight and
it is ideal for you to avoid pulling your hair with too much strength, as well
as avoiding the usage of hair straightener, and so on.
To take care of your scalp, rinse your hair
with warm water (not too cold or hot) when you are washing your hair, and try
not to brush your hair when it’s wet.
Drinking adequate amount of water daily is
important on hair loss prevention as well because our hairs are composed with
25% of water.
Drinking water is very important life habit
that could also prevent various diseases while helping on skin care, diet and
maintaining healthy hair.
It is ideal to drink at least 8 cups of
water a day and drinking onion juice is helpful on hair loss and gray hair
prevention as onion juice has effect of cholesterol control, collagen regeneration
and hair growth.
The causes of hair loss are very varied and
often occur with diseases, change of hormone, and so on.
However I think it is important to relax
your mind and try not to get stressed too much as you could prevent hair loss
through good life habit and daily care!
