1. Watermelon

Most of the fat in almonds is monounsaturated fat, which lowers substitutes for other fats. Also, helps to suppress appetite. 4. Tomatoes

-Tomatoes are 10 to 40 calories per 100 grams which is very low calories, and they are rich in nutrients and minerals. It is also good food for obese patients because it reduces bad cholesterol substances. When it is cooked, it increases the lycopene which act as antioxidants.
